Moussa stand behind the goods you order from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied we need to know within 10 days of delivery. Notification has to be in writing via email, fax or post with an up-to-date phone number and a brief description of why you are returning the goods. Once we have received this we will call you to sort out the problem, within 7 days.
If you don’t hear from us, please feel free to use the complaints procedure. This is also valid if you have any gripes about other aspects of the service provided.
